Tips to help burn a little extra fat

Having trouble burning fat? This page will have a few tips and advice to give a little extra boost.

Green tea:

Try adding some green tea into your daily fluid intake. Green tea extract has been proven to greatly promote fat loss and even gives you a bit of an energy boost. I drink a cup of green tea in the morning, every morning and it really helps!

Celery

EAT CELERY!! It is the ultimate fat burning food. Not only is it full of fiber so it keeps you fuller for longer, but it takes more calories to digest than the amount it gives you! so you’re constantly saying good bye to calories as you eat it! It’s also almost completely made of water! Not a fan of the taste? don’t smother it with peanut butter or cheese whiz, that will just defeat the purpose! put it in a soup, stir fry or tacos! you still get the goodness that is celery but don’t taste it at all!
